Bacon and Cheese Potato Wedges

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Wash and cut the potato into wedges. Rinse it under water for 3-5 minutes and pat dry. Toss the potato with olive oil, garlic salt and paprika.

Step 2
Place in the oven and bake it for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 3
Cut the bacon into small pieces. In a pan, add the bacon and cook until crispy. Drain the excess oil and reserve the bacon bites for later use.

Step 4
In a small pot, add the slice cheeses and milk and cook until the cheese has melted.

Step 5
Chop the parsley.

Step 6
Transfer the potato wedges to the serving plate and pour the cheese sauce over.

Step 7
Sprinkle over with bacon bites, chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese. Ready to serve.
