Assorted Vegetables, Salmon and Mashed Potato

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Dice the broccoli and red onion. Peel and dice the potatoes. Rinse and pat the salmon fillet dry. In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Sear salmon golden brown on both sides. Season with some salt and black pepper. Shred the fillet and set aside.

Step 2
In another pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add red onion and sauté until fragrant. Add broccoli, corn kernel and sauté until cooked. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 3
Dissolve Enfamama A+ into 65mL of lukewarm water and stir.

Step 4
Steam the potatoes until cooked. Add butter and mash while it is still hot. Add milk bit by bit and mix well.

Step 5
Add salmon, corn kernel, broccoli, red onion, salt, black pepper and mix well. Ready to serve.
