Asparagus with Shrimp and Scallop in Chili Sauce

Step 1
Prepare Shrimps,Marinate the shrimp and scallops for 15 minutes, set aside.

Step 2
Wash and prepare the asparagus, cut into 2-inches length long pieces.

Step 3
Smash Garlic, Cut Chilis.

Step 4
In a frying pan, heat up some oil on high heat. Sauté the seafood with some garlic until ½ cooked. Set aside.

Step 5
In the same pan, add some garlic and sauté with asparagus on medium high heat, about 3 minutes.

Step 6
Add back the seafood. Add the tablespoon of garlic & chili sauce, sauté thoroughly. Season with salt (optional).
