Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, add sugar and salt. Sieve in the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Mix well.

Step 2
In another bowl, add the egg, oil and milk and mix well.

Step 3
Add 165g Smucker's® Apricot Preserves, vanilla extract and mix well.

Step 4
Add to flour mixture and stir well.

Step 5
Pour the batter to muffin tins about 3/4 full.

Step 6
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 7
Mix remaining Smucker's® Apricot Preserves and hot water.

Step 8
Spread on the top of muffins.

Step 9
Ready to serve
