Step 1
Soak and rinse the dried figs, dried lily bulbs and cashews. Core and cut the apples into pieces. Soak the dried orange peel until soft and julienne. Soak and rinse the white fungus. Remove the stem and set aside.

Step 2
In a pot, add apples, dried figs, dried lily bulbs, cashews, dried orange peel, white fungus and water. Bring to boil on medium heat.

Step 3
Cover the lid, reduce to medium heat and cook for 1.5 hour.

Step 4
Remove the lid and season with salt. Ready to serve.
