Remove the roots of amaranth green, rinse and cut into sections. Mince the garlic and set aside.

Cut the preserved eggs into pieces. Boil the salted egg and dice.

In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add amaranth green and stir-fry. Add chicken broth and bring to boil.

Step 5
