Almond Thins with Cherry Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Ganda Ham

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and put them in the baking pan, drizzle with olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper

Step 2
Place in the oven and bake it for 15 minutes

Step 3
Cut the mozzarella into pieces and place in the blender. Gradually add the mozzarella liquid and blend into a mousse. Season with salt, pepper and mix well. Set aside

Step 4
Lay the almond thins on the plate and add the tomato on the almond thins

Step 5
Place the mozzarella mousse on the almond thins

Step 6
Slice the Ganda ham and roll it to your own preference. Put the Ganda ham on the tomato

Step 7
Finish with a few sprigs of the fresh dill
