Step 1
Peel and dice the water chestnuts and carrot. Mince the garlic. Separate the lettuce leaves. Dice the abalone, duck meat and dried mushrooms in the Poon Choi. Shred the dried scallops and set aside.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic, carrot and sauté until fragrant.

Step 3
Add abalone, duck meat, dried mushrooms, dried scallops, water chestnuts, corn kernel and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Season with some salt.

Step 5
Serve with lettuce leaves.
