Verbena and Chinese Knotweed Tea
Saffron and Sandalwood Tea
Tian Ma and Chuan Chi Tea
Tian Ma and Dan Shen Tea
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse and clean the herbs of Tian Ma and Chuan Chi Tea, Tian Ma and Dan Shen Tea and Verbena and Chinese Knotweed Tea.

Step 2
For Tian Ma and Chuan Chi Tea and Verbena and Chinese Knotweed Tea, use 450mL water. For Tian Ma and Dan Shen Tea, use 1000mL water. Set for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3
For Tian Ma and Chuan Chi Tea, season with honey.

Step 4
For Saffron and Sandalwood Tea, boil the herbs for 15 minutes on medium heat and season with brown sugar.
