Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
1. Infuse the skimmed high calcium milk drink into the bottle, add the chia seeds and cooked quinoa, cover and put in the freezer for at least 5 hours (preferably overnight). 2. Before you enjoy, put the bananas, raspberries and nuts chopped/crispy.

Step 2
1. Cut the cereal bread and spare. 2. Add the eggs to the cup, the skimmed high calcium milk drink, and the cinnamon powder stir spoured into the egg liquid. 3. Then place the grain bread grains in the egg liquid of step 2. 4. Heat in the microwave oven over a high heat for about 3 minutes. 5. Add cranberries/ grass and maple syrup.

Step 3
1. In a cup, add the eggs to the defatic, high-calcium milk drink and salt, and stir. 2. Cut the grain bread and put it in the egg liquid of step 1, then add the cut-out car, salina spinach, and car-to-car cheese. 3. Put in the microwave oven and heat over a medium-high heat for about 4 minutes.

Step 4
1. In the cup to add egg yolks, sugar, mix into egg liquid. 2. Add the millet powder to the skimmed high calcium milk drink, stir until no particles, heat in the microwave oven over a medium heat for 2 minutes until smoke. 3. Add the hot milk slowly to the cup, stirring the egg liquid, and finally mix with the fennel oil. 4. Place the cup in a dish, add water to the dish to about one inch high, and heat the microwave oven with a high heat for about 3-4 minutes until the pudding stands up. 5. Refrigerate in a freezer for about two hours. 6. Sprinkle the sugar with the pudding and burn with a gun until slightly charred.
