Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cook the brown rice or rice. Wash the beetroot. Prepare a pot and add the beetroot. Cover it with enough water and bring it to a boil it over high heat. Turn to low heat and cook 20-25mins

Step 2
Rinse the broccoli and then cut into pieces. Peel and cut the sweet potato into pieces. Then place the sweet potato into water to stop browning. Slice the mushroom

Step 3
Sprinkle with salt and sugar on the broccoli, sweet potato and mushroom. Steam it

Step 4
Peel the pistachio and slice the avocado

Step 5
Prepare a pot of water. Add and egg and bring it to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook for 6 minutes. Transfer the egg into a bowl of cold water for 3 minutes to let cool. Then peel the egg

When the beetroot is tender enough, turn off the heat. Wash the beetroot. Then peel and slice it

Step 7
Mix the mushroom and mushroom seasonings. Place 4 kinds of vegetables on the rice. Sprinkle with chia seed. Ready to serve
