Step 1
Cook steamed soup on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Soak the Chinese herbs for 15 minutes. Bring water to boil and blanch the black bone chicken for 5 minutes. Steam together with the Chinese herbs and 2 bowls of water for 2 hours on low heat. Season with some salt and ready to serve.

Step 2
Cook soup on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Soak the Chinese herbs for 15 minutes. Cook the Chinese herbs and 5 bowls of water for 1.5 hours on low heat until the water is evaporated to 2 bowls. Take 1 bowl twice a day, morning and night.
