Step 1
Coarsely chop the chicken breast then season with salt and black pepper.

Step 2
Melt 5g of butter in a large pan over medium heat. Sear the chicken and cook until the colour is changed.

Step 3
Add onion, green pepper, lemongrass, potato and stir fry for 5 minutes until slightly tendered. Transfer to plate and set aside.

Step 4
With the same pan, melt the remaining butter with low heat. Then add in chicken broth, cream cheese and 4 slices of cheddar Cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted.

Step 5
With the same pan, melt the remaining butter with low heat. Then add in chicken broth, cream cheese and 4 slices of cheddar Cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted.

Step 6
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with baguette slices. Enjoy!
