Add some salt, knead the okra to remove the fine

Step 2
Boil a pot of water first, after which the okra is put in to cook. Take the okra out and put it into ice water to chill

Cut the okra into small pieces after they are chilled

Prepare the tofu

Step 5
Put the yam into plastic bag

Step 6
Crush the yam into mash

Step 7
Prepare a plate, add bean curb and yam

Season the dish with the sauce of soy sauce and wasabi
