Cream Stew with Chicken and Vegetable

Step 1
Rinse and peel the carrot. Cut the carrot into pieces.

Step 2
Cut the onion into pieces.

Step 3
Rinse and cut the thigh meat into pieces. Set aside.

Step 4
In a pot, add some oil. Add the onion and sauté until fragrant.

Step 5
Add the chicken thigh meat and fry until golden brown. Add carrot, potato and stir fry for 1 minute.

Step 6
Add 600mL water. Cover the lid. Bring to boil and remove the foam. Reduce to medium low heat and keep stewing.

Step 7
Add broccoli and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Step 8
Add cream stew cube. Cook until completely melted. Reheat and cook for 5 minutes until thickened.

Step 9
Remove from heat. Transfer to the plate. Ready to serve.
