Kimchi and Cheese Rice Waffle

Kimchi Fried Rice with Cheese Fondue has been very popular recently. When we transfer Kimchi and Cheese Rice from iron plate to waffle iron, crispy rice crackers are easy to make with cheese well incorporated into rice, yummy!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Mince the garlic. Dice the kimchi and onion. Set aside.

Step 2
Coat the waffle machine with cooking spray. Preheat to medium high heat.

Step 3
Mix together rice, kimchi, chopped Mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, chopped onion, Korean chili paste, Kimchi juice, sesame oil and chopped green onion.

Step 4
Form the rice into mini balls. Place the rice balls in the waffle machine and cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Cook the egg sunny side up. Place it on the waffle.

Step 6
Sprinkle with sesame seed and dried nori. Ready to serve.
