Beef steak and potato can be the main course of Western cuisine, but have you ever thought if making it into a BBQ choice? Alternating with diced steak and potato makes a double enjoyment.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the baby potato for 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.

Step 2
Cut the baby potato in halves.

Step 3
Remove the seed and cut the bell pepper into pieces.

Step 4
Peel and crush the garlic.

Step 5
Rough chop the thyme and rosemary.

Step 6
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme, rosemary, garlic and steak seasoning.

Step 7
Add 1/2 of the marinade to the beef cubes and marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 8
Preheat the grill over medium high heat.Pour the remaining marinade to the potato, bell pepper and toss well.

Step 9
Skewer the potato, bell pepper and steak respectively.

Step 10
Place the skewer over the grill and rotate until golden brown.Ready to serve.
