Korean Noodle Egg Roll

Korean stir fry rice noodle is a very popular Korean dish. It is also tasty when making into egg roll! It is easy to eat. Enjoy it with your favorite Korean soap opera!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Mix together the Korean chili paste and mayonnaise.

Step 2
In a bowl, beat the egg and season with salt and white pepper.

Step 3
In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the Korean vermicelli until soft. Drain and set aside.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Ladle the egg and cook until the egg is set.

Step 5
Repeat the step until the finish the egg. Transfer to the plate and let cool.

Step 6
In the same pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the onion until fragrant, add the carrot, bell peppers, spinach, Korean vermicelli and toss well.

Step 7
Add the light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and mix well. Set aside.

Step 8
Lay the egg skin on the bamboo sheet and place the nori sheet on top.Add the Korean vermicelli in the middle.

Step 9
Roll up the bamboo sheet and cut the roll in pieces.

Step 10
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and serve with the spicy mayo.
