Slice the onion and ginger. Chop the green onion

Slice the pork belly

Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together the miso paste, mirin, sake, sugar, corn starch and sesame oil

Combine the pork belly and ginger

Place the onion and egg tofu on the plate and the pork on top. In the rice cooker, add some water and place the pork on the steaming rack

Step 6
Press the cook button and cook for 15-20 minutes

Step 7
Sprinkle with green onion and white sesame seeds. Ready to serve
