Stuffed Fried Tofu with Fish Paste Kebab

The stuffed fried tofu sold in the market is always deep-fried. You can make a healthy version with hotpot leftovers and get rid of the fish paste and fried tofu easily.

Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the fish paste, sesame oil, corn starch, sugar, salt and white pepper

Step 2
Cut the fried tofu in half and turn it upside down

Step 3
Stuff the fish paste in the tofu pocket

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat and sear the stuff tofu with fish side down until golden brown

Step 5
Transfer to the baking tray, skewer the stuffed tofu and sprinkle with 7-spice

Step 6
Place in the oven and cook it for 5 minutes until golden brown and the fish paste is fully cooked. Sprinkle black sesame seed and ready to serve.
