Step 1
Preheat the oven at 210°C.

Step 2
Cut the dumpling wrapper about 0.5cm thick.

Step 3
Marinate the shrimp with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, corn starch and white pepper for 20 minutes.

Step 4
Clean the green apple and cut off the top. Remove the core and place the shrimp inside.

Step 5
Brush the egg wash over the apple. Place the wrapper strip cross over the apple. Trim off the excess wrapper.

Step 6
Brush the wrapper with egg wash.

Step 7
Place the apple in the oven and bake it for 8-10 minutes until the shrimp is fully cooked and the wrapper is golden brown. Ready to serve.
