Step 1
Wash and slice Shiitake Mushrooms and Round mushroom. Wash and chop the root of Crab flavor mushrooms and Enoki Mushroom

Step 2
Chop tofu in to pieces, finely chop shallot.

Step 3
Cut off the top of the pumpkin, dug out pumpkin seeds.

Step 4
Heat the pan with oil, fried the tofu cubes till golden, put in all the mushrooms, xo sauce and salt. Slight fry and put them into the pumpkin.
