Wagyu Steak on Rice
Recipe Details
Japanese Beef Donburi is one of the Japanese fast food. A bowl contain full of rice and top with cooked beef. Why do not make a upgrade version for your other half. Using the wagyu steak with a Japanese style vinaigrette, mix it with the fat of the beef to make the rice tastier.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, light soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and sugar

Step 2
Slowly whisk in the olive oil until it emulsified

Step 3
Heat a pan over medium heat, melt half of the butter. Add the wagyu steak and sprinkle salt and black pepper

Step 4
Sear the beef steak until brown as desire. Transfer to the plate and let it rest for 5 minutes

Step 5
Place the rice on the serving plate

Step 6
Slice the steak and place it over the rice

Step 7
Drizzle the dressing

Step 8
Add the butter over the steak before serving
