Step 1
Soaked termitomyces for 12 hours

Step 2
Wash and tear into small pieces.

Step 3
Cut tofu into small pieces

Step 4
Cut parsley into sections

Step 5
Heat the pan with oil, stir-fry termitomyces till soft, then pour in water.

Step 6
Boil for half minutes, add in tofu, turn to high heat for 3-5 minutes, add in salt and serve.
