Dumplings in Okonomiyaki Sauce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Add some oil in a pan. Turn on medium heat

Step 2
Add the Wanchai Ferry Cabbage and Pork Fried Dumpling(no need to de-frost) and pan-fry for 1 minute

Step 3
Add 100mL water

Step 4
Cover the lid and cook it for 6 minutes over medium heat

Step 5
Remove the lid and continue to cook for 3 minutes until the liquid has evaporated and dumplings turn golden brown

Step 6
Transfer to the plate, drizzle the okonomi sauce and Japanese mayonnaise on the dumplings

Step 7
Sprinkle with shredded nori and bonito flake on top
