Luffa Black Fungus with Vermicelli Soup

Often sweat at summer time, so can often eat soup to add more water to your body, it is perfect to make a quick soup. This time we choose the refreshing luffa, it has the beauty emollients. By adding the black fungus and the vermicelli, it only takes 30 minutes to finish.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the black fungus and vermicelli separately in water until soft. Drain and set aside

Step 2
Slice the lean pork. Marinate with Chinese cooking wine, salt and pepper for 15 minutes

Step 3
Peel and slice the ginger

Step 4
Peel and cut the luffa into pieces

Step 5
In a pot, add some oil on a high heat. Sauté the ginger until fragrant, add the pork and quick stir until half cook

Step 6
Add 1.5L water and bring it to boil

Step 7
Add the black fungus, luffa and cook for 20 minutes

Step 8
Add the vermicelli and cook it for 2 minutes

Step 9
Season with salt and white pepper

Step 10
Ready to serve
