Bring the water to boil, add the sago.

Keep stirring until the sago is clear but have a white dot in the middle. Cover the lid and let sit until it become all clear.

Step 3
Drain and run through cold water 2-3 times.

Peel the purple yam and cut into small pieces.

Step 5
Peel the purple yam and cut into small pieces. Add the yam with water, bring it to boil and cook until soft. Drain and transfer to the bowl.

Add the sago and milk, ready to serve.
