Zest the lemon

Juice the lemon

Place the prosciutto on the baking tray with a parchment paper. Brush a thin layer of honey over

Bake it until golden brown and crispy. Let cool and set aside

In a pot, add enough cold water to cover the egg and bring it to boil

Turn off the heat, cover with the lid and let it sit for 15 minutes

Drain and transfer to cold water and let cool.Crack the shell and peel off the shell carefully

Use a knife and cut the egg in half

Remove the yolks and place in a mixing bowl.Mash the yolks with a fork

Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well

Transfer the egg yolks to the piping bag with a star tip. Refrigerate for an hour to chill

Pipe the yolks back to the egg white shell
