Step 1
Rinse the roselle and combine with water and sugar to mix well

Step 2
Place it in the fridge for overnight to help to release the flavor

Step 3
Prepare a pot. Bring the mixture to boil and cook until it has soften. Use the blender to blend until the mixture is smooth and cook until your desire thickness

Step 4
Let it completely cool, store in container and refrigerate
