Slice the ginger and cut the green onion into section

Clean the mushrooms and cut into pieces

In a pot, bring the water to boil. Add the ginger and green onion, blanch the chicken for 5 minutes

Drain and set aside

In a pot, add the chicken, mushrooms, pickled radish, rice wine and water to cover all the ingredients

Bring the water to boil and reduce the heat to medium and cook it for an hour

Step 7
Season with salt
