Step 1
Rinse the pickled radish, soak it for 20 minutes and cut into dice

Step 2
Marinate the pork for 20 minutes

Step 3
Slice the red chili and mince the garlic

Step 4
In a pan, add oil on a medium heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the pork and cook 3-4 minutes

Step 5
Add the pickled radish, edamame, red chili pepper and quick stir

Step 6
Add some water, Chinese cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar and white pepper
