Thinly slice the Chinese cured meats

Cut the red chili pepper into medium sized pieces

Step 5
Add Chinese cured meats to saute until half translucent

Step 6
Add garlic sprouts, Chinese cooking wine, sauté thoroughly

Step 7
Add red chilli peppers

Step 8
Season with sesame oil, chicken powder, and sugar

Transfer to serving plate
