Step 1

Finely chop the garlic and red chili peppers.

Squeeze lemon juice and set aside.

In a pot, add sesame oil, red chili peppers, garlic to saute until aromatic. Add some water (about 100mL.)

Add peanut sauce, oyster sauce, tomato paste and mix well.

Add some more water if needed, seasong with sugar and lemon juice.
