Cut the green onion into section, slice the garlic, peppers

Slice the onion

hred the roasted duck and duck breast, set aside

Bring the water to boil and blanch the bean sprouts for 1-2 minutes and set aside

In a pot, add oil on high heat and sauté the green onion and garlic until fragrant about 30 seconds. Add oyster sauce

Add Chinese cooking wine and bean sprouts and quick stir until tender then add salt to season.

Step 7
Add the peppers and shredded duck and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the duck is fully cooked
