Stir-Fry Gai Lan with Cured Pork Belly

Step 1
Clean and cut the gai lan into section

Peeled and slice the ginger

Step 3
Slice the cured pork belly

Step 4
Bring a pot of water to boil and slightly blanch the gai lan for 3 minutes, drain and set aside

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat, sauté ginger until fragrant

Step 6
Add the cured pork belly for about 3-4 minutes

Step 7
Add the gai lan and cook until tender then add Chinese cooking wine and seasoning and mix well

Step 8
Ready to serve
