Step 1
加入水,煮沸,將火調至中火

加入栗子,蓋上鍋蓋燜20-30分鐘,直至排骨及栗子也軟身

Step 3
Clean the spareribs and cut into medium side. Marinate the ribs for 30 minutes

Minced the garlic and slice the ginger

In a pan, add oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant

Add the ribs and cook until golden brown. Add the 2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine to deglaze

Add the ribs and cook until golden brown. Add the 2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine to deglaze

Add the chestnut, cover the lid and cook it for 20-30 minutes until the ribs is tender and chestnut is soft. Then add the sauce to thicken and serve

Tips: Soak the chestnut in hot water for 3-4 minutes after remove the outer layer of the chestnut. Then is easier to peel off the skin inside.
