Remove skin and seed, cut the winter melon into slices

Cut the chicken into cubes

marinade it for 15-20 minutes

Cut the fried tofu in halves

Small dice the salty fish and remove the small bone

In the pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and salty fish until fragrant
