Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl

Step 2
In a mixer, using the paddle to beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract

Step 3
Beat until creamy then add the egg adn mix together

Step 4
Gradually add the flour mixture to form a dough

Step 5
Stir in the chocolate chips and mix well

Step 6
On the baking pan, line the baking sheet and scoop about 20g ball on the baking sheet

Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180C, and bake for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes

Step 8
Slowly scrape the bottom of the cookies off the baking sheet and let it cool completely
