Chicken wings500 g
Fermented red bean curd1 chunk
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce1 tsp
Sesame oil1 tsp
Shaoxing wine2 tbsp
Sugar5 g
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients together in the mixing bowl

Step 2
Add the chicken wing in the zipper bag

Step 3
pour the marinade in the bag with the chicken wing. Mix well

Step 4
Place in the fridge for over night

Step 5
place the chicken wing on the baking pan

Step 6
it for 15-20 minutes in a 180C oven

Step 7
turn it over to the other side and cook for another 15 minutes until golden brown

Ready to serve
