Step 1
In a nonstick pan over medium- high heat, add oil

sear the salmon, sprinkle with salt and peppe

Step 3
cook until one side is golden brown about 3 minutes, then flip over and sear the other side until the salmon is cooked

Transfer the salmon to the bowl and use the fork to break the salmon into flakes

Step 5
add the cooked rice together and mix well

Step 6
Cut the nori into small strips

Step 7
Place about 5g of rice mixture on hand and form a ball

then cover with the plastic to tight up the ball

Take out the plastic and wrap the nori around the rice ball

sprinkle with black sesame seed
