Step 1
Cut the green onion in halves and sliced into 1” length

Step 2
In the large mixing bowl, the rest of the ingredients together and whisk well

Step 3
Add the green onion with the batter

Step 4
In the pan, add oil on the medium high heat

Step 5
pour the batter to fill the pan and cook it for 3-4 minutes until set and golden brown at the bottom

Step 6
Then flip it over and finish by cooking the other side, add more oil if needed
