Cut winter melon into small diced

soak the mushroom until soft and cut into small diced

In a pot, add chicken stock and water to boil

then add winter melon, orange skin, star anise, ginger, and mushroom for another 15-20 minutes

Rinse the duck leg with water to get rid of the existing oil, then add it in the soup and turn the heat down and cook for another 15 minutes

Place the rice in a large bowl and lay the duck leg over then pour the soup just cover the rice
