Baguette8 slice
Hummus ingredients
Canned chickpeas200 g
Koon Chun bean sauce1 tsp
Orange juice3 tbsp
Sesame paste1 tsp
Cream cheese0.5 tbsp
Olive oil1 tbsp
Salad ingredients
Cherry Tomato (Chopped)200 g
Fresh basil(finely chopped)1 tsp
Red chilli(chopped)0.5 pc
Olive oil1 tbsp
Lime juice1 tbsp
Black pepper
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut baguette into thick slices and brush each slices lightly with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 230°C and bake until the edges become golden brown.

Step 2
Put all the hummus ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth.

Step 3
Mix the salad ingredients together.

Step 4
Spread the hummus on toast and top with the tomato salad. Enjoy!
