Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Tofu & Prawn in Tomato Sauce: Cut tofu into cubes. Chop tomato into small pieces. Dice the onion and garlic. Marinade the prawn with 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp white pepper powder for 15 minutes. In medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil and sauté the onion until translucent. Add garlic, tomato, prawn, ketchup and pan fry for 2 minutes. Season with salt and sugar. Add 100ml water into the pan and cook until simmer. Mix in the corn flour water then adding tofu and cook for another 2 minutes. Finish off with some chopped green onion. Enjoy!

Step 2
Steamed Silken Tofu with Egg & Crab Stick: Cut tofu into cubes then place on plate. Combine bonito powder with water then mix with the egg until well combined. Pour egg mixture into plate then add the crab stick. Spoon out the air bubbles and cover with cling wrap. Steam for 15 minutes over medium heat. Sprinkle with some chopped green onion and ready to serve!

Step 3
Pan-fried Cuttlefish Tofu with XO Sauce: Cut tofu into chunks. Pat dry and scoop out the middle. Mix the sauce ingredients ( 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp XO sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp corn flour, 100 ml water) and set aside. Lay the cuttlefish paste on tofu. Heat the pan over medium heat, sear the tofu with cuttlefish paste side down until golden brown. Pan fry until both sides are golden, transfer to plate and set aside. In the same pan, pour in the sauce and cook until thickened. Drizzle the sauce and sprinkle with some green onion on tofu. Ready to serve.

Step 4
Spicy Tofu with Minced Pork: Cut tofu into cubes. Pat dry and coat with 1 tbsp corn flour. In medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil and pan fry the tofu until golden brown. Transfer to plate and set aside. Mix the sauce ingredients( 1 tbsp chili bean sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp corn flour, 100 ml water) . Finely dice the ginger, garlic and shallot. Pan fry the diced ingredients until fragrant. Add minced pork and cook through completely. Pour in the sauce and cook until simmer. Return the tofu to pan and mix well with the sauce. Garnish with some chopped green onion and ready to serve.
