Brown rice50 g
Chinese yam (steamed)75 g
Sugar free soy milk400 ml
Water200 ml
Rock sugar5 g
Goji berry (soaked)
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the brown rice for 30 mins.

Step 2
Peel the skin and chop the yam into small pieces, then mash into puree.

Step 3
Pour unsweetened soy milk and water into a pot then bring to boil. Add brown rice and yam puree then cook for 30 mins over low heat.

Step 4
Add in rock sugar and goji berry, cook until the sugar dissolved then ready to serve!
