Shaoxing wine2 tsp
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Peel and chop the water chestnuts, chop the soaked shiitake mushrooms. Pat dry and set aside.

Step 2
In a bowl, add the defrosted omnipork, water chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms, vegetarian oyster sauce, sesame oil and Shaoxing wine to marinade for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Place on a plate and flatten. Steam for 8 minutes over high heat and ready to serve.
