Add the marinated fresh sliced beef and egg wash to the congee, yummy and satisfying!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the rice and drain. Marinate with salt and oil for 30 minutes.

Step 2
Marinate the beef with light soy sauce, sugar, ground white pepper, sesame oil and corn starch for 30 minutes.

Step 3
Bring rice and water to boil on medium high heat. Cover the lid, reduce to medium low heat and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 4
Add beef, mix well and cook until done.

Step 5
Beat the egg. Add into the congee and mix well. Season with salt and ready to serve.
