Step 1
Rinse and halve the oranges. Take out the fresh and keep the peel intact. Blend the fresh until smooth.

Step 2
Soak the gelatin sheet with water.

Step 3
Bring water, orange fresh and lemon juice to boil on high heat. Cool down to about 70℃. Add gelatin sheet and mix well. Cool down at room temperature.

Step 4
Pour into the orange peel bowl directly or sieve before pouring.

Step 5
Freeze in refrigerator for at least 6 hours until set. Ready to serve.
