Cut the chicken breast and onion into pieces. Seed and cut the green and red pepper into pieces. Seed and dice the mango. Mince the garlic and set aside.

Step 2
Marinate the chicken breast with salt and ground white pepper for 30 minutes.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, onion and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add chicken breast and stir fry until fragrant. Add curry powder, turmeric powder and sauté until fragrant.

Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, chicken broth and bring to boil.

Step 6
Add mango, coconut milk and cook for 2 minutes. Ready to serve.
