Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse and drain the chicken cartilage. Rinse and chop the green onion into sections. Place the chicken cartilage, green onion and ginger into a container.

Step 2
Add Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper salt, sugar, chili powder, ground cumin, salt and whole cumin. Mix well and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Step 3
Preheat oven to 220°C.

Step 4
Cover a baking tray with aluminum sheet. Brush some oil on top and layer the chicken cartilage on top.

Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Ready to serve.
